The Book Archive is based in Edmonton, AB which is located within Treaty 6 Territory and within the Métis homelands and Métis Nation of Alberta Region 4. Orders are generally fulfilled and shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed on our website.
All orders are shipped through Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. The average shipping time is 2-8 days depending on where the package is being shipped to within Canada. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times and delays may occur. We do not offer refunds for shipping delays.
Estimated delivery dates include time to process and fulfill the order.
Local Delivery within Edmonton, AB and area - Orders under $50 CAD:
We offer a $5 local delivery fee on orders under $50 CAD to Edmonton, AB and some surrounding areas (within a 40 km radius of The Book Archive headquarters). This includes Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Morinville, Fort Saskatchewan, Sherwood Park, Leduc, and all of Edmonton, Alberta.
Shipping outside of Edmonton, AB and area - Orders under $50 CAD:
We offer a flat shipping fee of $9.99 to anywhere in Canada on orders under $50 CAD.
Orders over $50 CAD (to all locations in Canada, including local Edmonton and area deliveries):
We offer free shipping to anywhere in Canada on orders over $50 CAD.
We are currently not shipping outside of Canada.
