In exchange for your used books, we will provide you with:

1) Store credit to use on future purchases at The Book Archive. The credit will be $2.00 per used book. The store credit can be used on a future purchase.
(Example: If you donate 5 books, you will receive $10.00 of store credit for a future purchase)

2) We will also cover the full shipping costs required to send your used books to The Book Archive (and provide you with the shipping label).

If this is something you are interested in, please follow the steps below:

1) Fill out the form below with the details of your used books (titles, quantity, condition, etc.) Please keep in mind the condition of the book you are donating. If you would not give this book as a gift because of the condition, it is likely not a good fit for our shelves either.

2) After reviewing your form, we will respond and confirm whether or not we can accept your used books.

3) If we accept your used books, we will provide you with a shipping label (fully paid for by The Book Archive).

4) Pack up your books into a mailer or box and attach the shipping label we provided. Then, take your package to the nearest Canada Post.

5) Once we receive your books, we will email you your discount code!

Note: Please indicate if you are within or outside of the Edmonton area. If you are outside of the Edmonton area, we will provide you with shipping information as detailed above. If you are within the Edmonton area, we can arrange a porch pickup instead (and we will drop off the discount code at the same time).
