The Book Archive is based in Edmonton, AB which is located within Treaty 6 Territory and within the Métis homelands and Métis Nation of Alberta Region 4. We acknowledge this land as the traditional territories of many First Nations such as the Nehiyaw (Cree), Denesuliné (Dene), Nakota Sioux (Stoney), Anishinaabe (Saulteaux) and Niitsitapi (Blackfoot).

REFUND POLICY
Before an order has been fulfilled:
We will provide a full refund if an order has not yet been fulfilled. An order is considered fulfilled once the order has been packaged and shipping label printed. To cancel your order, before it has been fulfilled, please contact info@thebookarchive.ca and provide the order number you wish to cancel. We will confirm whether or not the order has been fulfilled at that time. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we will cancel the order on our end and provide a full refund.
After an order has been fulfilled:
We will not provide a refund if an order has been fulfilled. An order is considered fulfilled once the order has been packaged and shipping label printed. All sales, once fulfilled, are final. No returns or exchanges will be provided.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us (info@thebookarchive.ca) immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
