#transrightsreadathon is an annual action call to readers in support of Trans Day of Visibility (March 31st). This years (2026) readathon takes place March 17-31st.

Founded by author Sim Kern and initially started as a small movement, last year's readathon raised over $234,000 for trans supporting organizations.

This list is books written by/and or featuring trans, genderqueer, nonbinary, gender-nonconforming, and 2Spirit authors and characters.
